About Us:

Since 1907, the American Lung Association of Missouri has been leading the fight against lung disease. Through legislation, education, community service and research, our reach extends statewide and serves over 3,000,000 people.

Our focus is on multiple issues including indoor and outdoor air quality, asthma management, tobacco use and prevention, and other lung diseases affecting adults and children. We address these areas through education, advocacy, and research. We strive to be the leading information resource for all questions about lung diseases and lung health.

Since we are a voluntary health agency, we rely on the support of private donations and volunteers - people like you, who have contributed their time, talent and money to help the people of Missouri to improve lung health in their communities.
