Over the weekend, we found an error in Table  2 in the State of the Air 2008, where Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Yuba City, CA was omitted in from the 25 cities most polluted by short-term levels of particle pollution. It should have ranked number 8, instead of Detroit, and the remaining cities would have dropped by one as well. Only Table 2 is affected. The California state tables are correct. We are revising the tables and will be fixing this as soon as possible on the PDFs and online. If you’ve already downloaded a PDF from LungNet, be sure to get a corrected copy as soon as we can get them posted.  This will not affect the release date and the press materials are being fixed to reflect this change.
